Machine Gun America FIRECON text messages are sent by Machine Gun America, a shooting range in Kissimmee, Florida, to guests who give us a mobile number in the FIRECON app or at app.machinegunamerica.com.

These SMS Terms explain what we text, how you agree to it, and how to stop it. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else we keep.

Three kinds of message, and no others.

Verification codes: entering your mobile number and asking for a code is agreeing to receive that one code by text.

Booking and visit updates: giving us your mobile number for your Dog Tag or a booking is agreeing to texts about the bookings and visits you make.

Promotional texts: only by ticking the optional box that says so. It is unticked until you tick it, it is separate from the code, and you can sign up, book and visit without ever ticking it.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. We keep a record of what you agreed to, the words you were shown, and when.

Message frequency varies. A code comes only when you ask for one. Booking and visit updates depend on the bookings you make. Promotional texts, if you ticked the box, are up to 4 a month, sent between 8 am and 8 pm Eastern time.

Msg & data rates may apply. We never charge for a text. Your mobile carrier's normal message and data rates apply, including roaming or international rates if your number is from outside the United States.

Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL work too. We send one text confirming it, and then no more texts to that number.

Changed your mind? Reply START to the same number.

To stop only the promotional texts and keep your codes and visit updates, email shoot@machinegunamerica.com and we will switch them off.

Reply HELP to any text from us, or email shoot@machinegunamerica.com. A person at the range reads it.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text can be late or lost for reasons outside our control, such as coverage or roaming. If a code has not arrived after a minute, ask for another, or use your email address instead.

We never sell your mobile number. No mobile information, including your text-message opt-in data and consent, is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Twilio delivers our texts for us, under contract, and may use your number only to do that. Our Privacy Policy explains what else we keep and why.

Promotional texts are never offered to anyone under 18.

Only give a mobile number that is yours, or that you have the account holder's permission to use.

If we change what we send or how often, we update these terms, and the date at the top of this page, before the change takes effect.

These terms cover the FIRECON app and website (app.machinegunamerica.com), run by Machine Gun America in Kissimmee, Florida: your Dog Tag, signing in, and your records and scores. By creating a Dog Tag you agree to them.

They are not the waiver. Shooting, or watching from the bay, needs a separate participant agreement that each person signs for themselves, and the range's rules and safety staff apply at the venue.

Please do not:

The app carries your paperwork; it does not replace the people running the range. Range staff and Range Safety Officers decide who shoots and may stop or refuse anyone, at any time, for safety. Their instructions come first.

Scores, leaderboards and BRASS rewards are for fun. We may correct a score that was recorded wrongly. Leaderboards show your callsign unless you choose to show your real name. BRASS has no cash value and cannot be moved to another account.

You cannot buy a firearm or ammunition in the app. What you buy at the range, you buy at the venue.

If a booking asks for a deposit, you enter your card on the payment processor's own secure page. Your card number never reaches us.

You can close your account at any time from your profile in the app, or by emailing shoot@machinegunamerica.com. Signed agreements and the other records we must keep stay, as the Privacy Policy explains.

We may suspend a Dog Tag that is used to break these terms or to get around a safety decision.

We work to keep the app running and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and it will change as we improve it. To the extent the law allows, it is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you that cannot be taken away.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page, and for anything that matters we tell you in the app first.
